Navigation

Navigating in Clubs is simple. Driven by a main side navigation bar, which provides links to the main modules.

The Nav bar will open when you hover over the left hand side of the screen on a laptop or desktop, or if you click one of the icons on a mobile device.

Clubs Navigation Bar

  1. Dashboard - This gives you a simple overview of your leads, members, clubs, instructors, sales and classes. The panels are clickable and will link to the each module. Also on this page is a floating, clickable heart icon where you can provide feedback on your experience with Clubs.

  2. Settings - This is where you can set up the details that are specific to your organisation.

  3. Leads - Navigates to your leads module, where you can manage potential new members.

  4. Members - Navigates to the main members module.

  5. Clubs - Here is where you can add and maintain your clubs. (Differs according to Clubs Plan)

  6. Instructors - Here is where you can add and maintain your network of instructors. (Differs according to your Clubs Plan)

  7. Services - This is where you add and maintain the types of services and subscriptions that you offer your customers.

  8. Products - This is where you add and maintain products that you offer to your customers.

  9. Class Planner - This is the hub of your class schedules. Here you add and manage all classes, recurring classes and events. Within this module, you can also allocate leads and members to classes, and manage attendance.

  10. Invoicing - This is where you invoice your members for services, recurring subscriptions and other products that you may offer. In this module, you can also manage debtors and produce statements.

  11. Recurring Billing - This module allows you to create subscriptions for your members, which are automatically invoiced on a predetermined schedule.

  12. Support - Here, you can access this user manual, change permissions that allow the Clubs support team to remotely access your account, and log support requests.

  13. Sign Out - Does just that. Signs you out of your Clubs session.

Pinning the Navigation Menu

When the menu is open (Desktop Only), you have the option to 'pin' the menu open, so that it remains visible at all times, until you click the 'Unpin Menu' button.

To see the 'Pin menu' button, simply hover over the menu and it will appear in the top right:

When you click the 'Pin Menu' button, the menu will remain open and the button will change to 'Unpin'. The page content will adjust to accommodate the newly pinned menu. To return to a normal open on hover menu, simply click the 'Unpin' button.
