Quick Charts
Visualising your business
Clubs provides you with a suite of charts, that we hope will assist you with getting a better understanding of your organisation, its leads, members, instructors, products and services, classes and sales.
In the main modules of Clubs, you will see a button like this -
When you click this button, a window will open that provides you with a range of charts, which are relevant to the module that you are currently using.
Example from the Members module

The currently selected chart will be highlighted with a yellow border, and you can select other charts by clicking on the tabs.
Some charts display in Pie / Doughnut format, based on the type of data being shown. An example is shown below, which is from the Products module, and shows contribution to sales by product for a selected date range.

Other charts can be toggled between layouts, as can be seen here from the Planner module. The line chart represents the number of classes held, by month, with two value lines for Single Classes and Recurring Classes. You will see where the arrow is pointing in the top right side of the window, a button that allows you to toggle the data to a stacked bar chart.

When you click the Bar Chart button, the chart changes to a stacked bar format as shown below:

Changing the date range
When charts are displayed, the default date range is YTD, from 1 January until the current date. The date range can be changed in two main ways.
Firstly using the quick selector buttons - . These buttons automatically toggle the date range as you click them, and the charts will change in real time.
Secondly, you can use the date range selector - .
Dates can be manually inputted by typing the required values into the start and end date areas. Alternatively, if you click either date or the calendar icon on the right hand side, a selector window will open, like in the below image

The range can be set by click firstly on the required start date, then on the required end date. The window will give you a preview of your selection, as seen in the below example

Once you have your required date range, you should click on the 'OK' button, to apply the range and the chart will redraw.
No data for selected range
If you select a date range for which there is no data to display, Clubs will show you an information message accordingly

Printing and exporting charts
Charts can be printed or exported to various formats. Clicking on the export 'Hamburger' icon will give you options to print or save to a range of file types

Closing Quick Charts
To close the Quick Chart Window, simply click the button.
