Class Planner

The class planner is the hub of all of your class or event activity.

The Planner View

The planner has been designed to give you a familiar and use friendly interface, where you can add, update and manage your classes and events.

When the planner opens on larger screens, you will be presented with the default 'Month' view, as seen below:

When opened on smaller screens, including mobile devices, the default view is set to 'Agenda', for ease of viewing. Month view can still be selected if required.

All classes and events are shown in specific colours. These clolurs are based on the 'Club Colour' that you choose when adding a club to your system. For more information about setting the club colour, click here.

Action Buttons

In the upper part of the planner, is a row of action buttons, including a search box.

Action Bar

On the left of the bar, is a search box. This lets you search through the planner for classes or events matching your search criteria. As you type your search into the box, the planner will only show classes or events that match your search. If you change the view, the search criteria will remain, until you clear the search.

Clicking the 'Go to Today' button will return to today's date in the current view.

The 'Attendance Reports' button navigates to the attendance module, where you can see attendance by class, or by member.

'Group View' let's you toggle the Planner from a view that shows all clubs, to a view where each club's classes and events are shown side-by-side, in a horizontally scrollable view:

To return to the standard view, simply click the 'Standard View' Button, which will be highlighted in the action bar:

You can also click on the radio buttons underneath the action bar to filter classes and events for a selected club (if you have multiple clubs).
