Getting Started

Clubs has been designed to assist you with managing all aspects of your clubs based business.

The first thing you need to do is to add details of your first club. This would have been done during the initial setup of the app when you subscribed.

Next you can add details of your members. This can be done manually, or by using the CSV import template available in the Members module (Standard Package Only).

Services & Products

Next, you should add services and products. A service is something you physically do for your member (e.g. a class). A product is a physical item that you sell (e.g. a T-shirt).

Both services and products can be added to an invoice or recurring membership subscription.

As an example, you may offer members a monthly training package where they attend your classes weekly. Clubs would treat this as a service, so you would create a service for this and add a price for it. This service can then be invoiced to customers manually, or by using a recurring subscription.

You can add custom services for members who may have specific pricing, such as a family package.

Products can be invoiced either using the Clubs POSfunction, by adding them to a manual invoice Creating and Editing Invoices, or by adding them to a recurring membership to be automatically invoiced based on your requirements Creating a Recurring Subscription.

Instructors

Next you can add instructors / trainers using the Adding Instructorsfunction.

Invoicing Members

Invoices can be created in one of three ways. Firstly, by using the Clubs POSfunction, for performing quick, once off sales in your club or on the go. Secondly by Creating and Editing Invoices, where you can create an invoice and send it to a member, or thirdly by creating a Creating a Recurring Subscription. If you have a PayFast or GoCardless account, your members can pay Invoices using these methods.

To set up and test your PayFast or GoCardless account credentials, you would need to add them in the Payment Integration section of the app.

Classes

You can add your classes in the Class Plannermodule. They can be either single events, or a series of recurring regular classes.
