Converting a Lead to a Member

When the time comes to convert your lead into a full member, you can click the convert member button, in the top left hand section of the profile page, next to the avatar.

When you click this button, a window will appear requiring you to confirm your choice.

Clubs will then convert their status to member, then redirect you to the members summary page, where their details will have been added.
