Member Profile
Whenever you double click on a member, Clubs opens their individual profile.

The personal tab contains key information about your member, including contact details, which club the lead has been allocated to, and the lead source. (Seen in above image)

This tab is where you can save the details that will be used on invoices sent to the member.

When a member is allocated to any class using the Planner, the details will be shown in this section.
This tab loads historical attendance records for the selected member. Once loaded, data can be viewed as a chart and exported to PDF. Date Ranges can also be selected.


If a member has any subscriptions (recurring invoices), the details will be shown in this tab. If you double click on a subscription, it will take you to the details.

If a member has a history of invoices, refunds or payments, they will appear in this tab. If you click on the expand icon on the left hand side of a record, you will see the line items for that transaction. If you double click on either the main record, or any of the line items, you will be redirected to the invoice details.

In this tab, you can post comments about anything related to the member. You can search messages, or delete them using the delete icon.
