Creating and Editing Invoices

When you click to add a new invoice for either a member of an instructor, this popup will appear:

The minimum requirement is to enter the invoice date and due date. The invoice description is optional:

Once you click save, a new page will appear with the invoice details. If no line items have been added to the invoice, you will see a notification to remind you to do that. You will need to have added products or services to do this.

Once you have added products and services within the Clubs system, they can be added to both invoices, and Recurring Billing:

The Line Items Tab

Once your line items have been added to an invoice, you can change quantities, remove the items, or view the invoice as a PDF.
