Adding Classes

In this section, we look at how to add a class, event or series of classes.

Adding a single class or event

To add a single class or event, you can double click within the date box on the planner itself, and the below window will open:

Enter the class or event name in the first box, and an options description in the description box.

Selecting a start and end time

Click on the calendar icon in the Start Date Box. The currently selected start date will be highlighted in yellow (The 6th of November in the example below). You can edit the time on the right hand side of the panel, by manually entering a value, or using the spinner.

Once you have selected the start date and time, click OK

You should then repeat the process for the End Date.

Once you have the date and times set, you have some more options:

Create the class or event

You can set the class or event to 'All Day' Mode, or set to 'Repeating Class' (this is covered in the next section). You should also set the Venue, which will open a dropdown with your list of clubs.

You can also set the 'Allow Public Online Bookings' checkbox. If you toggle this to be ticked, then this class or event will be listed on your public booking page. The link address for this can be found in the Account Setting module - click here.

Note that the 'Manage Class Attendance' button is disable until the class has been created.

Finally, click the 'Done' button and your class will be added to the planner.
