Public Class Booking
Enabling potential members to book classes via a dedicated online booking page.
Account Details Page
If you have a standard Clubs subscription, you will have a dedicated public class booking portal included. When visiting this portal, potential members can book to attend a trial class online. Once they do, you will receive an email notification advising you of this. Also, when you next log in, the dashboard will show a notification in the leads stat box. When you click on the lead, you will have the opportunity to add them to the class they have selected.
Details can be found int he account details page. You will see in the lower part of the page, a section titled 'Public Class Booking Link'. Here, your link URL is shown and can be copied for you to share, and there is also a button to open the page in another tab in your browser.
Allowing Public Bookings
To allow classes or events from your planner to appear on your booking portal, you need to tick the checkbox to allow this from within the appointment details on the Planner.
