Quick Charts - Invoicing

These are the reporting charts available within the Invoicing module:

Date Selection

When working with charts in the invoicing module, custom date ranges can be selected using the date range selector in tope section of the charts page. By default, the date range is set as Year to Date.

When choosing a start and end date, you must click 'OK' for the new range to be applied.

You can also select 'Last Month' and 'Month to Date', using the buttons next to the date selector.

Total Sales

Total Sales

This chart shows total sales at an organisation level, excluding refunds.

Total Refunds

Total Refunds

This chart shows the refunds processed for the selected range.

Net Sales

Net Sales

This chart shows the net sales position by month after refunds. Note that in this example, no sales were process in the month of November, so any refund will show a negative value on the chart.

Recurring % Split

Recurring Split

This chart represents the split between recurring (subscription based) invoicing and ad-hoc invoices.

Sales by Club

Sales by club

This chart will show Sales, Refunds and Net Sales in bar chart format. If you have multiple clubs, it will split the results by club.

Sales % Contribution by Club

Sales contribution % by club

This chart represents the total sales by club, with the pie chart showing their contribution to the whole organisation.
